Ceremony: 3pm—4pm
Reception: 5pm—11pm

If there is inclement weather all schedules will be updated here. Our backup plan will be to do ceremony and reception at Cooper’s Hall with an updated timeline.

There are 2 busses taking guests to the cove where we will have the ceremony. Pick-up & drop-off will be done at Cooper’s Hall. You will not be able to enter Cooper’s during the pick-up portion of the bus, so please use the restroom beforehand.

There is no restroom on the island and the bus ride is ~45 min. We will have beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) available at the island and on the way home.

In case you are unable to ride on the bus, you can still join. Google maps will take you to the island. Parking will be available and easy to find, look for the school busses.

For anyone that is driving to Cooper’s Hall, there is street parking available. The venue does not have any parking except for Michael Silger, Sam Castro & our wedding coordinator.

Bus assignments

Bus 1: leaves Cooper’s Hall at 1:00
Bus 2: leaves Cooper’s Hall at 1:30

Busses will arrive 15 min before their scheduled departure time. There will be some beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic available on the bus) and snacks.

Caitlin Stone will officiate our ceremony, followed by some photos. We will return to Cooper’s Hall for cocktails, dinner, and a live music dance party.

Bring your ID as Cooper’s Hall will check for anyone that looks under 36. You will not be served without an ID.

While weed is legal in Oregon, the venue will not serve you alcohol if they see you consuming it. Please just be discrete and if you’re smoking, do it away from the building.
